We are not liable for any disappointment when meeting someone as a result of using our service. All sells are non refundable.

My Beauty of Brazil provides contact information of our female members for the purpose of sincere relationships.

My Beauty of Brazil does not provide tours, personalized introductions, consultations, and we do not meet with clients in person nor give personal dating advice. You are solely responsible for your interactions with the women profiled in our agency.

By using our service, you agree to the following:

not to write any offensive letters/emails and not to place offensive phone calls to any of the women met from our agency.

not to use the agency to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behavior, including but not limited to any threatening, harmful, abusive, vulgar, obscene, racist, pornographic, slanderous or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.

not to call the women after 9 PM(21:00 Hours) their time, unless allowed by the women. Please be aware of the time difference and the time changes, they are different in other countries.

not to violate (intentionally or unintentionally) any applicable Local, State, National, or International laws.

not to harass or stalk any members.

to hold harmless My Beauty of Brazil, its officers, agents, employees, and directors from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed.

My Beauty of Brazil reserves the right to ban members from our site in violation of these terms.

My Beauty of Brazil does not control the information provided by the members.

Please use caution, common sense, and safety while using our service. When writing to the women, please be respectful, honest, and polite. Please do not make sexual references during your initial introduction to a woman.

Return/Refund Policy

My Beauty of Brazil does not issue any reimbursement for credit card transactions through our agency.

All sales are non refundable and by placing an order through our service, you agree to pay all the charges in your credit card referring to MY BEAUTY OF BRASIL AGENCIA MATRIMONIAL LTDA.

My Beauty of Brazil wants every client to be happy. We only provide the contact information of another person. If there is a problem with any part of the contact information, please notify My Beauty of Brazil.

We will confirm there is a problem and you can have a free replacement address. For email and telephones, please try it several times. Many times, an email mail box may be full one day and the next day it will be fine. The same is true with telephone. There may be a connection problem and then it is fine. Cell phones are harder to make connections. If you call, you may get a voice mail box or answering machine. It is important to try to contact her several times over a period of a few days. If a physical letter comes back and she has unexpectedly moved, advise us. We will give you a free address. We regularly contact the women to confirm their information is current and to ask if they have an updated photo of themselves or if any changes in their profile is needed.
